AQUATIC TOXICOLOGY presented by Centre for Aquatic Toxicology Institute for Water Research -.\ Rhodes University Contributing to sustainable management of ('AT-IWR water resources in southern Africa About the course The application of aquatic toxicology in Ecological Risk Assessment and water resource protection and management is becoming increasingly important in South Africa. With this in mind, CAT-IWR has developed Introductory and Advanced Toxicology courses. The series offers a comprehensive overview of aquatic toxicology and how aquatic toxicological data can be utilized by water resource managers and industry. Lectures provide the theoretical framework for the course while the practical sessions demonstrate the application of the theory.
