1E WATER F 'R '0 'NT During December 1995 the Water Research Commission assisted UNESCO in holding a series of meetings on the subject of Total lnterdisciplinaiy Risk and Crisis Management. The meetings were attended by representatives of universities, municipalities, technikons, the private sector and the media.
